Modified on Tue, 05 Jul 2022 at 11:05 AM

Logging In

  1. Navigate to https://my.lapu.edu
  2. Click the Sign In with Google button. Already logged in? Proceed to step 4.
  3. Log in using your LAPU email address (e.g. jdoe@lapu.edu) and password.
  4. Select the Student Services tile.

  5. Click on the FACULTY tab.
NOTE: You may have to select MORE to expand the menu to find the FACULTY option.

Locating Courses

  1. Your courses should appear under the “Course List for (Your Name)” area
  2. If not, you can search by term in “View Course List” (keep in mind your courses will only appear once the grading window opens)
  3. Once you see your course(s), you can click the dropdown under “Go Directly To” and select “Grade Entry”

Entering Final Grades

  1. Enter grades for each student in your class. Click Save.
  2. When selecting the FN grade, you must provide the student’s last date of attendance (LDA) in the course. This is the last date that the student posted online or turned in any coursework.
  3. Once saved, the system will process for a moment and you will receive a confirmation that grades were submitted successfully.

Additional Options

From the Faculty screen you can also view your class lists, email students, and view course details at a glance. To email students, simply choose the Class List menu option, check the email box next to each student, and click on the Email Selected Students link.

You will then be able to craft and send email to the selected students.

If you have any difficulties entering grades, please contact the Registrar’s office at registrar@lapu.edu. All questions regarding password resets should be directed to IT at helpdesk@lapu.edu. Any grading policy questions should be routed through your appropriate Assistant Dean.
